The Diagrams View is a convenient way to browse and manage all of your saved diagrams. From the Diagrams View, you can quickly search for specific diagrams, sort them by name or date, and even create new diagrams from existing ones. You can also use the Diagrams View to share diagrams with colleagues or make them publicly available for others to view.

The Presenter view is a powerful tool that allows you to share your diagrams with colleagues in real-time. With the Presenter mode, you can give live presentations of your diagrams, complete with annotations, animations, and other interactive features. This is a great way to collaborate with others, get feedback on your diagrams, and communicate complex ideas more effectively.

Best practices

  • Use a consistent naming convention for your diagrams, and include metadata such as the author, date, and purpose of the diagram.
  • Use clear, concise labels for all shapes and connectors. Avoid using technical jargon or abbreviations that may be confusing to non-experts.
  • Use color and shading sparingly to highlight important information, but don't overdo it. Too many colors or gradients can be distracting and make your diagrams harder to read.
  • Use collapsible containers to group related shapes and connectors, and provide a high-level overview of your diagram. This can help readers quickly understand the structure and relationships of your diagram before diving into the details.
  • Use hyperlinks to connect related diagrams or external resources. This can help readers navigate between different parts of your diagram or access additional information as needed.
