Vision & Mission
Founded in 2015 by Klaus Isenbecker and Kadir Özbayram, ins-pi tackled a significant market challenge: obtaining accurate data for Enterprise Architecture (EA). Integrating EA solutions with other sources often fails to provide the real-time insights needed for effective decision-making.
Leveraging their extensive corporate experience, the founders built an innovative EA solution on the ServiceNow platform, operating successfully without external investors.
ins-pi's vision is to become the #1 EA solution on the market, while its mission emphasizes enhancing customer experience, onboarding talented people, and living core values.

Founding of ins-pi GmbH in Cologne, Germany.

Launched UPM-X, revolutionizing EA on the ServiceNow platform with an extensive metamodel.

Introduced visual diagramming and modeling capabilities with ins-pi Designer on ServiceNow.
